Dr. Anette Violet has been offering trainings and other formats on the topic of leadership, as well as personnel diagnostics, for over twenty years. She works in the free market as well as in the non-profit sector.

She did a PhD in Social Sciences at Saarland University and studied Psychology and Economics at the University of Heidelberg and HU Berlin. At artop Institute Berlin and via Prof. Friedemann Schulz von Thun she was educated as a trainer.

Through a one and a half year work stay in South America and a two-year work stay in West Africa, Dr. Anette Violet gained experience in international projects. Her predominantly international clients come partly from the free market and partly from the non-profit sector (clients). Dr. Anette Violet’s professional languages are German and English.
